"This report focuses on immunization coverage rates for the school-based program in Nova Scotia for the 2014-2015 school year. On April 1, 2015 the nine former district health authorities (DHAs) were consolidated into one provincial health authority, made up of four management zones. Immunization coverage rates found in this report are presented at the provincial level and the management zone level.
