Complementary and Alternative Health Care
Complementary and alternative health care refers to a group of care and treatment practices that are not considered to be part of standard treatments or conventional medicine. Standard treatments and conventional medicine are scientifically based and are widely accepted. Complementary and alternative health care are less researched and understood forms of care and treatment.
